"Bought some frozen ones back to KL. Hands down the best lekor I’ve ever tried (not exaggerating!) Also, the staffs were so kind, helpful and attentive! My friend and I bought around 20 packets of the frozen lekor and the staff offered to drop us at the bus station! So grateful! Will definitely drop by again the next round I’m in Kuala Besut."

"One stop centre near Kuala Besut! You can have many types of keropok lekor here with affordable price. They even have keropok in vacuum pack, so no worry if you are in long distance travelling. I've bought keropok lekor in vacuum pack and travel in bus for 8 hour. The keropok still in frozen!"

"When I went to Pulau Perhentian, I was really hoping to find the best keropok lekor in Kuala Besut, since I couldn’t make a stop in Kuala Terengganu. After reading several reviews, I decided to get it from Keropok Lekor Zaki. The shop was closed on Tuesday, so I wasn’t sure if I could still buy any. I decided to call the number listed, and the seller—who was a very kind lady—answered. She confirmed that the shop was closed, but kindly offered to deliver the keropok lekor to me at the Kuala Besut Jetty, without any extra delivery charges. I was so grateful for her kindness! Since the shop was closed, only the frozen (keropok lekor gelap) version was available, not the fresh ones. I bought it around 4 PM, and after a long overnight journey, I reached home the next morning at 7 AM. I was a bit worried about the condition, but once I fried it, I was so impressed—it was absolutely delicious. I’ve tried keropok lekor from other shops before, and many of them use too much flour. But this one was clearly different. It was packed with real fish, with just the right amount of chewiness, and the taste was so authentic. I also bought the dipping sauce, which was tasty and very affordable. The seller was incredibly friendly. If you’re ever in Kuala Besut, I highly recommend buying from Keropok Lekor Zaki. I’ll definitely return next time. Thank you for the wonderful service and amazing keropok lekor! Note: The picture was taken during our teatime"
